Colour

Colour plays a pivotal role in establishing the visual identity of the Peter Harrison Foundation. This section details the primary colour palette, colour breakdowns and suggested colour usage, ensuring consistent and harmonious use across all brand materials.

Colour Palette

To support the lead colours, we have a punchy primary palette which can be used for graphical elements such as arrows or as background colours for secondary comms.

To ensure accessibility, any readable content should always be set in black. These examples show the WCAG rating for each colour when used with black.

Primary Colour Combinations

Creating designs that are accessible to everyone is not only important, it is necessary for effective communication. The Peter Harrison Foundation understands this and has carefully selected a set of colours that are both visually pleasing and inclusive.

These colour combinations meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for AA colour contrast, ensuring that the information conveyed is legible for everyone. These examples relate specifically to important information such as text, buttons and interactive elements where legibility is essential.
